Punctuality
Please try to arrive on time for your appointments. If you are late it may be necessary to shorten your treatment time as a courtesy to other clients who’s appointment follow yours.
Treatment Duration
All times quoted include consultation, preparation time, treatment and vacation of the room following treatment.
Pregnancy
We need to know if you are pregnant even if the rest of the world is oblivious. Please tell us when making your appointment if possible.
Children
Please do not bring children with you to appointments. We do not have the facilities or suitably trained staff to look after children whilst the parent has their treatment.
Massage
Please be aware that both male and female clients attending a massage appointment must keep their lower undergarments on at all times during the massage. Because the therapist will use massage oil during the massage, it is advisable to wear undergarments that are not new and can be changed after the appointment.
